Founded in 2009, Australian-based MP Group International Pty Ltd consists of a group of companies with two core divisions: Investment and Media, with the media division providing key market insights and quality information flow to support the investment division.
Both MP Funds Management Pty Ltd and MP Report Australia Pty Ltd operate within these divisions.

Mandi Prager
FOUNDER & CEO
Mandi founded the real estate investment division of MP Group in 2012, MP Funds Management, and was responsible for facilitating the execution of 27 investment-grade real estate deals, an aggregate value of over 4 billion dollars in assets, producing an average investment return of 22% annually (weighted average IRR), with the lowest returning investment achieving an annual return of 15% and the highest 42%.
Mandi has spent over 21 years in the commercial real estate industry with experience that spans agency, development, real estate structured finance, construction funding and investment management both in Australia and the UK.
Mandi has deep and established connections in the global real estate and investment markets in the Asia Pacific regions and Europe. Before founding MP Group, Mandi was a senior executive at Savills in Sydney, Australia.

David Ryan
INVESTMENT COMMITTEE
David is on the Investment Committee of MP Funds Management and oversees deal structuring and financial management. David spent 21 years as Managing Director of Walker Corporation, overseeing all divisions, departments and operations.
With deep expertise spanning commercial, residential and master-planned communities, industrial, retail and hotels, David supervised the acquisition and delivery of some of Walker Corporation's most significant properties and developments.
In 2000 David executed the sale and takeover of the listed Walker Corporation business to Australand, for the sum of 110 million dollars. In 2006 he facilitated the most significant private development sale in Australian history, the 1.2 billion dollar transaction of Walker assets to Mirvac.
David has seen several of Walker Corporation's projects through to completion including Rhodes Waterside, Hope Island Resort, Broadway Shopping Centre, Balmain Cove and Regency Chatswood, as well as having a critical role in the financial structuring of Collins Square Melbourne and Parramatta Square.
