24. MP Report Premium Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time during the free trial period without charge. After the expiration of the free trial period, MP Report Premium Subscriptions are non-refundable and will roll over annually unless cancelled.  

25. MP Report Premium Subscriptions may be terminated by MP Report Australia Pty Ltd without notice and without refund if there is a suspected breach of terms and conditions.

26. There may be times when services under the MP Report Premium Subscription may not be able to be delivered. MP Report Australia Pty Ltd does not take responsibility for these periods.
